The quality management system is documented and certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Both internal and external audits secure, that the system at any time is updated and matches the requirements and needs of our customers and other partners.
As a responsible company with focus on both the internal and the external environment, we present an environmental report stating the environmental influences, goals and action plans every year.
Feedback from our customers and a specific measurement of the customer satisfaction is a very important part of our on-going development of the management.
