The steel stacks – design, construction and production – have since the beginning 1983 been our own developed product, which we sell all over Europe. The steel stacks are manufactured in many sizes and performances with a maximum diameter of Ø6500 mm and a maximum height of +130 m.
VL Staal a/s is the customer’s partner in finding the optimum stack solution – from design, material selection and surface treatment to transportation, installation and inspection.
With the total concept – welding – machining – surface treatment – we act as the strategic sub-supplier of machine constructions to one of the most important machine suppliers within the separator technology in the world. By means of advanced welding robot technology and large CNC-operated machines we yearly produce 4-500 machine frames.
Due to our well-developed competences in the welding area and our capacity to handle even very large objects we are an important sub-supplier of parts for the windmill industry, tanks and other steel constructions.
