Since its founding in 1983, VL Staal A/S has developed into one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of free-standing steel stacks. Stack solutions are marketed and sold throughout Europe via sales companies, distributors, and agents.

Design, construction, and production are all carried out in Esbjerg, ensuring optimal coordination between the individual areas of expertise and departments—for the benefit of the customer.

All construction and production are carried out in accordance with internationally recognized norms and standards. Likewise, quality and environmental management are documented and certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

VL Staal A/S’s most important resource is its employees. We are approximately 100 highly qualified and motivated team members, dedicated to delivering optimal solutions for our customers. Whether it’s design, construction, or production, a skilled team is always available to meet customer needs.

Production takes place in 12,000 m² of segmented halls, where VL Staal operates 24 gantry cranes ranging from 2 to 40 tons, with a maximum lifting capacity of 60 tons and a hook height of 7 meters.
